Rocamadour AOP Cheese

The star of the region! This small goat's cheese with a creamy texture and subtle flavour has been produced in the Causses for centuries. Taste it fresh, refined, or warm on a salad.

Black Truffle

The "black diamond" of Quercy grows in the chalky soils of the causses. Season: December to March. Truffle markets in Lalbenque and Martel.

Foie Gras and Confits
